Her professional journey began in integrative primary care and family medicine, where she worked closely with individuals and families navigating a wide range of health and lifestyle-related challenges. Over time, she noticed that a more integrative and holistic approach within her practice was helping many individuals experience more meaningful and sustainable improvements in their overall well-being, restorative health, and quality of life.
Both her professional experience and personal health journey deepened her understanding of the important connection between lifestyle patterns, emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, restorative rest, and long-term wellness outcomes.
